Morris Love Mitchell (1908 – 1974) & Martha Ann Leith Mitchell (1908 – 2003)

Morris and Ann were both raised in Loudoun County Virginia. After their marriage in 1936 they moved to Washington DC for three and half years. In December of 1939 they moved into their home at 50 North Fenwick Street and that was their home until Ann’s death in 2003. They raised their four children, William, Robert, Linda and David, in the Lyon Park Community in which they were active. They both volunteered their time to keep the Lyon Park Community building and grounds in order. They were also active in Clarendon United Methodist Church.
